It was with this in mind that Quinz Quality Caretakers CC was established in 1998, specialising in property care and the policy of “service excellence” adopted, service which would be hard to find elsewhere. Being a dynamic, professional company we are able to give a quality of service that most companies can only dream of.

We offer a comprehensive service, therefore you are no longer burdened with the task of ensuring that the Scheme is presentable at all times. We handle problems immediately, efficiently and effectively thereby promoting a stress free, hygienic and well maintained home environment.

 

Caretaking charges are based on the work intensity and / or the number of services required. All cleaning materials and pool chemicals are included in our quotations.

We boast a full maintenance and repair division which undertakes painting, renovating, minor building, insurance reports & claims and “snag list” repairs, for which separate quotations will be forwarded to the Administrator / Chairperson of the Body Corporate for the necessary approval, while keeping within the constraints of our “service excellence” policy.

Quinz Quality Caretakers is covered by comprehensive public liability insurance. The Insurance broker is Glenrand M.I.B and our policy number GL/1548.

All our staff are identifiable with Quinz Quality uniforms and are in Cell phone contact with the office.
